Shipping & Return Policy

MILLIE STYLE STORE online shop provides Korean website purchasing service for Malaysia area only, and products other than those on the website are also welcome to ask us for a quote.

Arrival Time

The delivery time is about 14-21 working days (but not including Saturdays, Sundays, South Korea and Malaysia public holidays), individual products may be delayed due to out of stock, arrival date is for reference only.  Our shipment is weekly basis, once a week from Korea to Malaysia. Item will be pack individually according to customer order and send out accordingly after arriving in Malaysia.
You will receive an email when your item is on the flight and an email with tracking code given when your order is ready to post.

Ready stock orders in 2 ~ 3 working days once the payment is cleared.
Kindly note that some preorder items will be arriving later, depends on the estimated arrival date which is stated in the product descriptions.

Shipping Fee

The price stated is included International shipping cost only. The price excludes any cost of packaging and local delivery charges. Local postage will be calculated during checkout.
West Malaysia – RM8
East Malaysia (Sabah Sarawak) – 2 Items RM18, start from 3rd item, every each item add in RM3
*If parcel is still overweight, customer will be contact to top up postage payment, Thank you for your understanding*

Courier Service

Goods will be send out from Korea to Malaysia at Millie Style Store office, and then We use our preferred and trusted national courier service, Poslaju.
Once Tracking code is provided, customer are responsible to track the parcel delivery with the tracking code given.
Customer is responsible to provide the correct delivery details (receiver name, contact number and address). Wrong information provided that causes lost of parcel during delivery, customer have to be responsible for this situation.

Exchange / Refund

Millie Style Store is a purchasing agent. In case of product defects and other problems, it is not possible to return, exchange or compensate.

After the order is paid, the buyer is not allowed to cancel the order and arrange a refund for any personal reason.

If the product is out of stock or discontinued, the shop will contact the buyer to exchange or refund.

Any shipping method has its own risks such as damage or loss. If the goods are damaged during the shipping process in Malaysia, the buyer is responsible for this risk and cannot be returned or refunded. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

Return After Delivery

After the goods arrive at the office, we will sent the goods according to the information arranged on the order. If the information provided is incomplete or the address that cannot be sent leads to the return of the shipment, or the goods are returned after being sent, or the shipment is rejected, etc., We will notify the customer to arrange the shipment again, but the customer must pay the shipping and handling fee RM10 per piece to resend the goods. After confirming the receipt of the payment, the shipment will be sent again.

Unpredictable Situation

Such as natural factors; accidents, riots, strikes or other regional disputes, dangers caused by civil commotions or wars, mechanical failures of means of transport or machinery, etc. Transport delays, customs returns, flight delays, etc.; all may delay the arrival of the goods, so please be aware of this.
