Where do you ship to?
We sell and ship to Malaysia only.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Preorder Item arrival will take 14 ~ 21 working days (public holiday in Korea & Malaysia and weekends are not included) ;  Order arrival may be delayed due to out of stock/ or in the case of item under production in Korea, arrival date is for reference only.

Kindly note that some preorder items will be arriving later, depends on the estimated arrival date which is stated in the product descriptions.
If in your order include of items that required longer arrival timeline, the arrival timeline for all the item in the same order will be delay until all items are completely arrive & ready in Malaysia and post out together. One order is one time posting. If wish to ship separately from long arrival timeline item, kindly separate the order.

How much is the shipping fee?
The price stated is included International shipping cost and service fees only. Local postage will be calculated during checkout.
West Malaysia – RM8
East Malaysia (Sabah Sarawak) – 2 Items RM18, start from 3rd item, every each item add in RM3
*If parcel is still overweight, customer will be contact to top up postage payment, Thank you for your understanding*
*Effective from 5/8/2022*

What is your return policy?
Millie Style Store is a purchasing agent. In case of product defects and other problems, it is not possible to return, exchange or compensate.
Once order is made, customer is not allowed to ask for exchange or refund for any personal reason or suddenly change of mind. Thank you for understanding.

Is there any warranty on my purchases?
Millie Style Store is a purchasing agent to provide service in delivering the item to your doorstep, we did not represent any brand to provide after service. If your purchases come with a warranty, please claim it with the manufacturer. You will need to ship the product back to Korea for repairs.

Are the items sold authentic?
All products sold in Millie Style Store are originally purchased from Korea and hence, they’re guaranteed original and authentic.

How can I know my order status?
Order status will be update to our customer via email. You can check your order status too in member account.
You will receive emails with the order status below:
“Processing” refers to payment is successful & item is in the progress of purchasing in Korea.
“On Board” refers to your order is on flight on the way from Korea to Malaysia. After that, the checking and packing done by Malaysia Office and will be post out in 1-3 working days.
“Completed” refers to your order is completed with tracking code provided, item is on the way to your door step,
